No one will be ‘put on the spot’, or made to feel or appear foolish. Most games/exercises will be performed in groups and in pairs. Anyone can opt out or stop any exercise at any time without any need for explanations.

I was already apprehensive about the session, but if you had told me that I would be facing a B&Q board member for 90 seconds whilst alternately shouting “woof”, “baa” and “moo” I probably wouldn’t have slept for a week!
